Inspired by “Savon de Marseille” with its Extra Virgin Olive Oil base, Onze Soap incorporates Japanese elements, using extracts of Hinoki, the Japanese Cypress, known for its woody and evergreen aroma.

ONZE is founded by Nicolas Yuthanan Chalmeau, who is a brand director at Sillage, based in Tokyo. Yuthanan is originally from France, and their brand name origins his root as it was named in French, meaning 11, which is the district of Paris where he started his life full of curiosity. ONZE’s soap is inspired by a Marseille soap, that’s basically made of extra virgin olive oil. They added a element of Japanese taste, and carefully made in Japan.
