Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Postage within Finland will be provided by Finnish Postal service (Posti).

Postage to the EU and the rest of the world will be with DHL EXPRESS WORLDWIDE. This service delivers your parcel to shipping address directly. You will receive a tracking number from DHL once we have shipped.

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 working days. Deliveries in Finland approximately 1-2 working days. Deliveries to the EU and the rest of the world take 1-6 working days, days, depending on where you are.

International orders:
Please note that prices are not included delivery or custom fees. Orders from outside EU countries might be subject to customs, duty and relevant casts. Customs, duty and all relevant casts are the responsibility of the customer and are due at the time of delivery. 

LIABILITY FOR FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS

Faulty goods or items damaged during shipping have to be reported to us within 24 hours of receiving the product.

We will strive to replace the faulty or damaged item, but if this is not possible, the customer will be reimbursed with the full amount of costs.

The fault or the sustained damage must be documented by due process. The faulty or damaged item must be returned to us for inspection. We will not deliver a replacement before the fault or damage has been confirmed.

RETURN POLICY AND CONDITIONS

COMMON Webshop’s customers have a 14 days right to return or exchange a product according to Finnish consumer protection legislation. The customer has a right to return an item if

1. The order has been cancelled according to the terms and conditions by notifying common within 14 days of delivery,

2. The item has not been used,

3. The item is in the condition that the customer received it in and all the parts of the product are included in the package,

4. The item has been repackaged into its original package or an equivalent.

The item must be returned immediately after cancellation. If you return or exchange an item, you are responsible for the risk of damages. A damaged item will not be accepted as a return or exchanged if it cannot be established that the item has been damaged during the first shipping.

*Please note if you are outside the EU – on the customs form please mark the package as ‘RETURNED GOODS’ and enter a value of 0. This helps us avoid unnecessary customs charges and speeds up the returns process.*

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us, so we strongly advise you to send the package with a trackable shipping service.

Please let us know your cancellation by email before you send the item(s) back to us.

REFUNDS

The price of the returned items will be refunded on your bank account, your credit card or Paypal account, depending on method of payment.

The reimbursement will take place as soon as we have received and inspected the returned item.
