In accordance with Finnish consumer protection legislation, COMMON customers have a 14-day right to return or exchange a product.
Eligibility for Returns
An item can be returned only if:

We are notified of the cancellation within 14 days of delivery.

The item is unused and in its original condition.

All parts of the product and original packaging (including shoe boxes) are included.

The item is securely repackaged in its original package or an equivalent.
How to Return

Shipping: You are responsible for the product until it reaches us. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service.
Please ensure that all return shipments are sent using a delivery service that delivers directly to our store address, as we are unable to collect parcels from post offices, parcel lockers, or pickup points. -
Costs: All costs related to returning or exchanging an item are the responsibility of the customer.

Risk: You are responsible for the item until it reaches us. We strongly advise using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the item is securely repackaged. Please note that we cannot accept returns that arrive damaged due to inadequate return packaging.
Important: Returns from Outside the EU
On the customs form, please ensure the Category of Item is set to "RETURNED GOODS" and clearly mark the package as such. Enter the actual purchase price as the value; do not enter 0, as this will cause customs delays or rejection. Correct labeling ensures a smooth process and avoids unnecessary charges. If duties are charged to the store due to incorrect labeling, the amount will be deducted from your refund.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that initial shipping fees are non-refundable as they cover the original processing and delivery costs.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us promptly (within 3 business days) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
