While it preserves the functional DNA of the original—featuring a roomy seat, relaxed thighs, and the iconic waistband watch pocket—designer Daiki Suzuki has introduced thoughtful updates for the modern wardrobe.

The silhouette is elevated through the addition of rear darts for a more natural shape and a practical zipper fly for daily utility. In a signature move that subverts traditional Ivy Style, Suzuki incorporates flapped pockets inspired by British Army officer pants, creating a unique cross-cultural military aesthetic.
