The Raffy Cotton “Rugby” Sock Engineered to emulate the tough, dense hand-feel of a classic heavyweight rugby shirt, these socks are a tribute to vintage sportswear. They are crafted using “Raffy” slub yarn—a unique blend of long-staple cotton and salvaged “fallen” fibers, produced at a Japanese mill using a spinning method unchanged for over 50 years. This slow, traditional process yields an intentionally uneven texture that modern mass-production simply cannot replicate, resulting in a sock with rich character and a uniquely tactile “dry” touch.
